Geunsu Kim is a mission-driven leader with a deep commitment to empowering local communities through sustainable development. Since 2017, he has led multiple initiatives in Bougainville, including the donation of MV TULELE to improve maritime infrastructure and the signing of 14 MOAs with the government across key sectors. His on-the-ground experience spans education, agriculture, and rural development, including partnerships with the Ministry of Agriculture of Papua New Guinea.
As Chairman of H4B Foundation, Kim is dedicated to enabling self-reliance in Bougainville through strategic projects, practical leadership, and unwavering grassroots engagement.
With a strong entrepreneurial background, Minki Lim brings real-world business insight to humanitarian development. He has held executive roles in various industries and has actively engaged with Bougainville’s leaders to explore long-term reconstruction strategies. His recent collaborations with the Ministry of Agriculture and Helpers Foundation in Papua New Guinea reflect his commitment to establishing sustainable foundations for growth.
At H4B, Lim focuses on building scalable impact through education, investment, and local industry, helping communities lay the groundwork for economic self-sufficiency.
Hanggyu Kang is a seasoned finance and strategy expert with a global career in accounting, investment, and corporate management. He has worked at leading firms including Ernst & Young, PwC, and KPMG, and co-founded Mirae Trading Co. His academic background in forensic accounting enhances his strength in financial transparency, legal compliance, and institutional governance.
As Head of Legal & Operations Support at H4B, Kang plays a vital role in building strong foundations for sustainable operations—ensuring our activities are aligned with both regulatory integrity and long-term impact.
Jaehyuk Kim is a globally minded development professional with hands-on experience in public-private cooperation. Since 2018, he has worked closely with the Bougainville government on projects ranging from infrastructure and public enterprise registration to international shipping. He also played a key role in facilitating dialogue with global financial institutions for the Panguna Mine redevelopment.
As Program Lead at H4B, Kim helps design and implement impactful initiatives that connect local needs with global support networks—driving sustainable opportunity for the people of Bougainville.
