H4B's Areas of Operation & Vision
H4B (Hope for Bougainville) Foundation provides sustainable support to Bougainville and neighboring developing regions, leveraging South Korea's economic growth and international cooperation experience.
South Korea, once devastated by war in the 1950s, grew with international aid and joined the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) in 2010, becoming a donor nation.
Now, H4B’s mission is to share South Korea’s development experience and support developing nations like Bougainville in achieving self-reliance.
